Seriously, all of the fashion of the last few years is designed for small breasts, more flattering for small breasts or just impossible to wear a bra with. I’m a 32G and strapless/backless/”convertible” bras just aren’t enough (and built-in bras are a joke.) Every time I see a top with a sheer/open back or shoulders, I feel like the fashion industry is giving me the finger.
Yes, small breasts are beautiful too. I think women with small breasts are sexy, but I think there should be cute options for everyone.
Fucking fuck yes.
I tried to go shopping with one of my smaller girlfriends. And she’s trying to pull dresses for me and most of them we’re backless or halters and I had to explain to her that I can’t wear them. She didn’t get why couldn’t wear a bra. SO i had to get into how strapless bra’s for top heavy people usually aren’t the best if you are over DDD.
I’m a 36H/FF…they don’t even sell my bra in stores locally. Not even at lane bryant (i’ve looked and was baffled that they didn’t carry it)
Anyhow. Yeah. the backless, sheer, strapless, side strap everything movement is annoying
So true…..I can never participate in any trends because of my bra size. I can’t even wear normal tops or dresses for work. Especially office shirts…My body fits a M office shirt but my chest only fits in an XL…
honestly i don’t like how the picture is titled? it just makes it seems like its implying small breasts are a bad thing and that big breasts are “superior”???
Im 18, im currently a 32DD and still growing, finding something strapless for me is impossible, even in places like Victorias secret dont have the bras im looking for that are wearable for a dress. i had to give up and buy one of those stick on bras that you can wear for backless/strapless dresses, which only go up to a D but still dont fit me that well
The title isn’t implying that small breasts are a bad thing and that big breasts are “superior.” The word superior, or a suitable adjective for that word was never used in the original post or anyone who reblogged it.
Did you see this part? I copied it straight from the original post:
“Yes, small breasts are beautiful too. I think women with small breasts are sexy, but I think there should be cute options for everyone.”
None of us are saying that we are superior because of our size. Most of us actually feel the other way. I do not even have the luxury of wearing those stick-on-things you mentioned, and I have never been able to wear a strapless or backless dress my whole life.
I am also tall (6 feet tall) and I am proprotionately large in places like my hands and feet. It is hard for me to find clothes that are suitable to my build. If I were to discuss that, I would not be trying to claim “superiority.”
If fact, I feel more powerless because of my large breast size. I have women with no breasts or small breasts tell me they wish they had my size, but they don’t want the struggles that come along with them. They don’t want both men AND women nstarign at my breasts and thinking I am trying to seduce the world with them. I’ve worn huge baggy sweaters and hoodies and I’ve still had people tell me to “put them away.”
I would fucking love to have the option of wearing a backless or strapless top, but I would have to wear a jacket/cardigan over it. There is nothing superior about big boobs. I have size 32 HH and they only cause swollen shoulders and constant back aches. I would get a reduction but some days I love my boobs and I don’t want to lose them. I agree with the feeling powerless thing. I have had more guys talking to me because of my breasts than anything. it’s something that causes daily humiliation and by this point if a guy I like asks how big they are I can’t even be shocked anymore. The struggle is real.
